Getting started

Create a workspace at /signup — you land with $5 in credits. From the console, hit New Agent, pick a framework (OpenClaw for most people), give it a persona, pick a model. Deploy is one click.

Where does my agent live once it's deployed?

Every hosted agent gets its own container on our infrastructure with a persistent URL, live logs and a chat pane in the console. Nothing to install anywhere.

How do I add a persona or knowledge base?

In the console, open the agent, click Persona. Drop in Markdown text, upload PDFs, or paste URLs. It's live the moment you save — no redeploy.

Models & routing

Which models can I use?

300+ models through the single Claws endpoint — every frontier release from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, Alibaba, Microsoft and more. See /models for the live list and /pricing for per-model rates.

Can I switch models without redeploying?

Yes. Model is a dropdown in the console. Every request from that point on goes to the new model with no code push and no downtime.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Claws holds every provider account and routes through a single endpoint. You pay in credits, not per-provider bills.

Billing & credits

How does billing work?

1 credit = $0.01 of usage. Every workspace lands with $5 in free credits. Top up whenever from the billing page. Bigger packs get a modest volume discount.

Do credits expire?

Free trial credits are month-to-month. Purchased credits stay on your account until used.

How do I get a receipt?

Every top-up email is a valid receipt. From the billing page you can also download a PDF invoice for the whole month.

Channels & integrations

How do I wire in Telegram / Discord / Slack?

In the console, open the agent, click Channels. Pick your channel, paste the bot token or webhook URL, save. The agent shows up in your channel within seconds.

Is there a REST API?

Yes — every agent exposes an OpenAI-compatible /v1/chat/completions endpoint. Grab an API key from the workspace and drop it into anything that speaks the OpenAI schema.

Security

Is my data encrypted?

Yes — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest with per-workspace envelope keys. See /security for the full stack.

Do you train on my prompts?

No. Contractually never, on any tier.
