How does the subscription work?
Pick a plan — Starter, Team or Max. Each one comes with a set number of hosted agents and monthly included credits. Credits refill every billing cycle; anything above your plan's included credits bills at 1¢ per credit on your card.
What’s an agent?
A hosted OpenClaw runtime with its own persona, secrets, model routing and channel wiring. Each agent lives in its own container on our infrastructure — that's why we cap them per plan.
What’s a credit?
1 credit = $0.01 of model usage. Every request meters against your monthly balance at OpenRouter's live price + 6% markup, so switching between 300+ models never touches your billing setup.
Do included credits roll over?
No, monthly included credits reset each cycle. Any extras you use bill automatically at 1¢ per credit — no top-ups, no ceiling.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change plan any time — we prorate the difference. Extra agents you deploy above your new plan's cap get paused until you upgrade or delete a few.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Anything you host on Claws stays live until the end of the billing period. Cancel from the billing page in one click.
